Tiered Gathered Full Skirt Brown Corduroy 2X 3X Steampunk

Tiered gathered skirt in brown corduroy prints. This was a skirt I personally altered (made shorter and inserted elastic waist), so brands and fiber content are missing, but it feels to be mostly cotton. Gently worn, lots of life left. FULL skirt could fit a petticoat underneath or give you spinning skirt action. Will fit 2X or 3X, measurements: waist 34- stretching to 44" length 23"
