Tieks Obsidian black Size 9 one has a hole

Tieks Obsidian black Size 9 - one has a hole These have regular Tieks discoloration wear- not very scraped up as I have seen many get, but one (left foot) does have hole. I called Tieks and they said they could be fixed with a patch inside but I didn’t wear them enough to worry about having repaired. Maybe you know how or need to replace just the other one.
