Tie-dye Open Sleeve Dress

Go Couture Tie-dye Cotton Stretch dress. Size Large. Never Worn. Although I took the tags off when I bought it thinking I would wear it eventually. I did see the sleeves together in one stop at the elbow so that the sleeve will actually move with the arm (fixing the original design flaw, in my opinion)
