Tied button down shirt dress

Ann Taylor button down shirt dress. Sleeves can be cuffed and rolled up with a button cuff. Dress hits slightly around the knee (I’m 5’6”). Comes with matching tie (same material and print). It’s been worn maybe 3 times for work. Size small but I typically wear medium so to me it runs a bit large. Navy and fatigue green print.
