Tie waist racerback floral dress

Bar III floral dress with ruffle collar, racerback and a side tie waist. Really adorable dress. Never worn, purchased on here as a NWOT hoping it ran small but it’s too big on me (I usually wear 4/6 or s/m). Inv. 23
