Tie front top

Be ready for the 4th of July! Cute top in red, white, and blue striped pattern. Made by Joy Joy. Tags are off but it has not been worn. Size XS. Tie front and two small buttons at back of neck. Very flattering cut. Would look great with white jeans or pants and of course with blue too.
