Tie dye spaghetti strap summer dress

The colors on this are beautiful! Blue, teal, red, orange and white. The straps are adjusted with the decorative, long tassels. They leave a keyhole opening in the back and front. The hem is just a tad higher in the front and is twirly at the bottom. Layered with a blue, shorter under layer.
