Tie dye ruffle top romper, size 2X

This romper is a mint and purple with elastic along the top so you can wear it on or off shoulder. It has a ruffle detail at the neckline and the shirts have pockets. The material is a buttery soft polyester spandex blend with great stretch, and it’s new without tags from a boutique. It measures about 21” from underarm to underarm and about 32” in total length. The shorts have an inseam of about 3”. D9
