it's brand new and never been worn! I ordered it offline but it was a different material than I expected (should have read the details before buying) expected like a jersey type material but this material is sorta silky/glossy. it looks AND fits like the pictures show, it's off shoulder and would pair nicely with leggings or some long boots. it's a XXL and fits true to size !!
