Tie dye high low dress- top

Got this from a little street shop, so there's no label, and it probably can fit an M, but it's a cute tie dye and high low dress. With 3/4 sleeves, it has lace across the top back and on each side of the bottom. Worn maybe twice and always received lots of compliments.
