Tie dye chiffon midi skirt

This NWT Japna midi skirt is a beautiful blue and orange/pink tie dye pattern.It has a sheer chiffon over layer and white slip skirt inside that ends about an inch above the chiffon. Also the back portion of the waist of the dress is elastic as seen in the second photo :)
