claricampbell @ninagid whenever I had to be refunded Poshmark just returned the money to the card the purchase was made with, but it can take up to 7 days for the money to show up. If you contacted them they should probably get back to you in 24hs or so.

ninagid @claricampbell yeah. I have contacted them over 3 times and days. It’s very annoying as it’s happened to me several times. They need a support chat feature very badly. I’ll ask my husband to check. He has a fancy Amex and they fall all over themselves to help. If I see evidence of refund I’ll let you know. Thanks.

claricampbell @ninagid just put the rest of the email in a pic since you asked, but there’s nothing of significance to your refund. It is a shame that they charge people the moment of the purchase and not when the order is complete, it could avoid situations like. Hope it all works out for you.
