Tie back cutout maxi dress

purchased from Venus for $70. I took off the tags to wear it to an event, but ended up wearing another dress. it does not fit me properly and is not flattering for my body shape/bust. I wear a 34DD. It seems better suited for someone with a smaller bust size. it has never been worn and is in perfect condition. color is close to lilac, with hints of pink and purple.
