Tie Waist Party Skirt

Thakoon for Target. Blue cotton skirt with ties at the waist. Very flattering with a full skirt. Runs large, more like a size 4 skirt or even a 6, if you're like me with a smaller size waist than hips. The waist is 26" and the skirt length is 20"
