Tie Neck Ruffle Trim Layered Dress

This dress 😍 I bought this for a special occasion..and I tend to wear things one time so here it is. It has been professionally dry cleaned. This dress feels and looks so much more expensive than it was. I received a ton of compliments on this. I hope someone gets this and has as much fun wearing it as I did!
