fitzgerin @amadison61 sorry for the delay! The lining is polyester and the while there is no tag staying material of outer layer I’m pretty sure it’s rayon and/or polyester. Laid flat waist measures 13 in across and is elastic. Posting some new pics of full dress as we speak.
