NWT Perforated neoprene in custom tie-dye print with coordinating sailors rope straps. Comes with matching clutch/wristlet and removable bag base. Bag can be machined washed in cold water on delicate setting. Measures 15” by 12” by 9” ( bag expands to 23” wide when snaps open). 10 1/2” shoulder strap drop.
