Awesome maxi dress with a cool tie dye pattern. The top halter part slides over your head and drapes in the front. 35% cotton, 65% polyester. Difficult to measure but I would say about 16” lying flat at the hips and 41” from waist to bottom of dress.i bought for an event i didn’t attend, so i have tried it on and washed it, but it really has never been worn. I can’t find a size tag but I am pretty sure I ordered a Large because I wanted it to be drapery.
