I folded, tied and dyed this dress by hand with high quality fiber reactive dyes. They stay vivid and withstand the test of time. The dress blank is from NY &Company, is a size small and has pockets. It features a ruffled collar and fit and flare style cut. Very unique dress, sure to turn heads and a conversation starter. This was a brand new dress when I dyed it.
