Tie Back Cropped Blouse Size XLP New With Tags

Just in time for the holiday party season! New with tags, never worn, burgundy cropped tie-back blouse, 100% polyester but looks like silk. Would be perfect with some high waisted jeans or pants. Came with my stitch fix but I can't do cropped anymore. Sadness.
