OH THE MEMORIES OF FINDING THIS TOY!!!! 😀🎥 The scarcity of this new toy in 1996 provoked a shopping frenzy. 2 women were arrested in Chicago for fighting over this ELMO and shoppers in New York chased after delivery trucks.
