Tibi black and white dress with cap sleeves

Absolutely stunning! Tibi dress with a black thick lace overlay on top of white. Cap sleeves, low v back, and structured fuller skirt. The under layer features a structured tulle to give a little fullness to the skirt. Gorgeous, timeless. Measures roughly 36” from top of shoulder to bottom hem.
