Tibi Size 2 Bright Red Silk Dress

Beautiful and unique bright red / poppy colored silk dress with white floral embroidery detail and scallop hem line by Tibi in size 2. The top had some boning and a strap inside for additional security. The straps on the dress were added and could be removed. Faint small stain as shown in photos on front. Gently used. Love this dress!
