Hi there, love this dress! Do you know if the dress fits true to size, or does it run small? I found a lot of Tibi dresses to run on the smaller side. Also, any chance you could provide measurements of the waist, and also of the widest part of the lower/white part of the skirt? That will help me to figure out if this will fit or not.
