Tibi Pleated Maxi Dress Baltic blue sz 4

NWT, purchased aspirationally, but it never truly fit me and I never had/have anywhere to wear this gorgeous dress. Pleats are in place. It’s just been hanging in my closet, I admire it once in a while. If you know Tibi’s silk from ten years ago you know how lovely yet wearable this dress and its drape is. (Previously listed this dress as size 6 by mistake)
