Super cute and perfect for a beach vacation or if you live in a warmer climate (I do not haha). Halter style with flowy ties and handkerchief hem with blue, purple and white pattern. It’s an older style but barely worn in great condition. There’s a lining so it isn’t see through. Hits below the knee
