Tibi Mini Shift Dress

Bright turquoise mini shift dress with ruffle around the collar. Removable back piece for total open back. This was a size 6, but had it taken in. Now more like a size 4, but the Tibi tag was removed for alterations purposes. I assure you it is authentic Tibi and is 100% silk. Only worn a few times, in perfect condition. I am 5'2 and it is definitely a mini dress on me.
