Tibi “Layla Ikat” silk tribal print mini dress SIZING DETAILS: This dress is an “8” but does not fit like one. I’m not sure if it has been altered (it belonged to a friend originally) or if it just runs small. I am listing it as a 4 because I am usually a size 6 and this is a little too small for me in the hips. It should fit a 4 perfectly! Excellent pre-owned condition
