Tibi Floral Brocade Cocktail Dress

This is a beautiful, light-blue, cotton-blend, strapless mini-dress with gold brocade flowers. It has a fold-over panel at the bust, a defined waistband, pleating at top of skirt, internal elastic support, an exposed zip fastening through back and is fully lined in satin-twill. It is great for a summer evening or daytime event. I purchased it in 2010 new from Net-A-Porter for $375 and have worn it twice. It has been in storage since 2011 and remains in great condition.
