These Tibi Chloe block heels are adorable! They have a sandal appearance with a toe thong as well as a buckled ankle strap. The heels have a gold colored strip. They are in fair condition and need a little bit of love as the black foot padding is starting to separate from the shoe and the toe pieces are unraveling. There are some scuffs throughout.
