Tibetian silver is an alloy of copper, and sometimes tin or nickel, with a small percentage of pure silver. Its overall appearance is of aged silver, but it can be polished to provide highlights. It DOES tarnish. This item does not have tags but it is a new boutique item. It will arrive in a sealed plastic bag with a tarnish inhibiting paper square inside as shown. This bracelet is approximately 2.75" wide at the widest point, and 3/8" tall. It can be gently shaped to be wider or narrower.

gretchen42 All Tibetian Silver bracelets have an antique look with some darkened areas and oxidation in the recesses of the texture. This is normal and not considered a flaw, but it gives the bracelet an antique, rustic appearance. If you don't like this look, this isn't the bracelet for you.

gretchen42 Also please note that this is most likely NOT hypo-allergenic. I've worn one all day with no problems and no discoloration of my skin but if you have metal allergies, this isn't the bracelet for you.
