Tiara Embroidered Sequen Skirt, S-L

This lined skirt has embroidery with sequen accents, elastic waist band amd 100% cotton. There is a hole in the front and a hole in the back as shown in last pictures. It's unfortunate it has holes but it is lined as this is a great skirt. Waist = 15.5" stretches to 18" Length = 33"
