@jaredsyoder yeah, we both have French roast and both appear to be in really good condition. I'm in Mississippi. I need to think about this. I may wind up in the same situation with them being too small. my feet measure 10.3" so it's a close call. I haven't listed the boots yet but if you want to look at them, they were just bought from @brawndodrinker

@jaredsyoder best idea I could think of, here's my proposition:
we buy each other's boots for the same price (so we're both protected)
you mail out the 8.5's so that was I can see if they fit or if they're too small for me too
1) they fit, I put the 9.5's in the box and mail them right to you.
2) they don't fit, I mail them back and we both refund.
it's the best I could think of. if you like that idea, great. if not, no hard feelings, I'll just wear my too big shoes lol
