Used but with no signs of wear. It may be a little dusty from sitting in my closet for a while but this racing wheel works like new. I played Forza horizon 5 with it but I assume you can use it with any racing game for Xbox one. It's a little hard to get the hang of at first, but it gets easier the more you use it.
