Hello! Just received my pillow shams, thank you for the quick ship. One problem, all 3 are 18x18, no 45x45. It was really the euro that I wanted lol. Can this be fixed?

@pkmercier the description and the picture of the tags are very clear about the size of them, I only had that set that I ended up not using, I’m not sure what else I can do

@pkmercier hi, I showed the measurements as 18x18 inches or 45x45 centimeters, I specifically didn’t mention Euro size because I’m not familiar with that size and I didn’t want to cause confusion, so I posted a picture of the tag with the size, I’m not familiar with the site’s policies, but I’m sure you can request a refund , and pay the return shipping fee?
