Thrifted Pencil skirt

Thrifted striped pencil skirt. There is no slip behind the buttons so be aware. Bought this a the Brooklyn Flee market in Dumbo. The label says 10 but if your waist is over 33” & hips +43” don’t. I’m only saying that because that’s what I am and it was hella snug.
