kc1101 @itsbrittney. Hi Brittney, I'm sorry it took me so long to do this for you! This dress is very long! I'm only 5' tall and never had it hemmed. The slit is on the left side and measures approx 22". The length of the dress from armpit to hem is approx 48" long. I hope this helps.
