Thousand Butterflies Bowl VTG Japanese Porcelain & Pewter 7.75 in. Hong Kong ACF

This beautiful vintage Japanese porcelain ware bowl was made by ACF. It is 7.75 inches in diameter and 1.75 inches high. It was decorated in Hong Kong. The pattern is called Thousand Butterflies as the design consists of mostly butterflies. It is painted in beautiful, bright colors and there is a little bit of metallic gold showing around one of the circular stripes. The design has areas of texture on the porcelain. The paint is in excellent condition. There are a few scattered tiny specks of paint on the white as a pictured. (SEE PHOTOS) The porcelain is sturdy and the piece is heavy due to being encased in pewter. There is some wear on the pewter as photos portrayed due to the age of this piece. There is also some wear on the marking on the bottom of this piece making it a little difficult to read. I did some research and found a better image of what this should portray and have posted a pic of it. Overall, this piece is gorgeous and in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks and would be a beautiful addition to display in your home.
