I wore these boots for 11 months doing rooftop construction. They were professionally re-soled with Vibram soles 2 months ago. The leather on the left toe is worn through as shown (the product, “Tuff Toe” would be a good DIY repair solution). I kept these boots clean and moisturized on a weekly basis. A fresh set of laces is included. These soft toe boots can be worn as is, or repaired and put right back into service as a work boot. They’re comfortable as heck. The only smell is of high-quality leather. Made in Wisconsin, USA.
