Thomas Kinkade St. Nicholas Circle Framed 20x24 S/N 1586/1750 Canvas Rare

Thomas Kinkade St. Nicholas Circle Number 1586 of only 1750 produced Canvas is 24W x 20H inches Framed dimensions are 33W x 29H inches Certificate of Authenticity included ***Excellent condition.  Frame has a few minor scuffs on top which can easily be covered up with brown marker or paint (see last picture).   They are not easily seen when painting is hung at eye level or above.
