Can some someone please tell my how to get this fixed:) Had my account put on hold because I buy to much sent them all the proofs they needed and still no reply and I'm really needing to be able to buy some things please unhold my account poshmark I'm starting to get so aggravated. Has this happened to anyone else and how long did it take for them to take it off hold

hcrowe11 @sandrabiller hey yea I did they won't let me buy anything on here they say it's unable to process and I have plenty of money on my card for it so I don't understand it at all. I've contacted them like 5 times and it won't let me make an offer on anything:/ and still no response from them.

marcyli I never heard of this. It worries me, maybe a scam. I always get results when I email my questions but it does take a couple of days.

hcrowe11 @marcyli oh really yea I thought it was a scam at first but then it wouldn't let me make any offers or buy anything so I figured it wasn't a scam I just wish they would hurry and take my account off of hold.

blumoose @hcrowe11 OMG!! Two weeks, that is crazy! I would have been so flipping mad! They definitely need a bigger support staff for buyers & sellers. I hope it doesn't happen to you again!! Especially when you see that item that you want & have been looking for, but can't buy because they've suspended your acct for no reason! Happy Poshing🤗

It made me so mad cause it took them forever to get back in touch with me when I sent them all the information they needed but so glad to being back to being able to buy again:) oh I know that's right and that was my problem I wanted something really bad and couldn't even buy it:((( thanks so much:)
