This is a size 5.5 sapphire ring with diamonds and a 14k white gold band.

The sapphire is about 1 carat. I had it assessed by a jeweler recently and the sapphire is natural and mostly likely from Australia as it has a small amount of green coloring which you would only see under a microscope. The gold band with diamonds is included.
