This is a costume jewelry piece. The inner markings are: “925 7” and “R CHINA”. The center stone is a deep pink (almost fuchsia) with seven smaller stones with degrading tints of pink underneath. This piece is gently used vintage item. It is a gold-tone silver, so I am describing gold as one of the colors (but please note that it is actually silver, even though it looks like gold).
