This is a beautiful, what I believe to be stretch velvet burnout fabric with net and tiny sequin and smocking detail two-piece dress. The skirt says size medium however my mannequin is a size small and it fits her. The skirt can be worn separately with a denim jacket (as in the reference picture) to be more casual, or the top can be worn with jeans or slacks for a fun look. The denim jacket is not for sale. Armpit to armpit measures 16 inches. I do not know the maker of this dress as the label has been cut out. Price reflects that. Polyester rayon and spandex. It says to dry cleaning only. It fits me as a size 4, and it fit me as a size 6. I wore the top once. I bought it used, so I do not know how often it was worn before then. It is in beautiful condition. It would go beautifully to a semi-formal occasion, the ballet, or a party.
