This is a Vintage 1998 Pokémon I Choose You Pikachu Electronic Plush. For the most part it hasn’t been touched in years, however was in a bin with a bunch of other vintage plushies. If you squeeze any one of his hands it will start making noises and light up ONLY one of his cheeks. Also looking at the picture his right ear is a little bent. Some small stains.
