Your dogs tongue is cherry red it’s one of the signs of heat stroke check the gums to see if they are white if they are your dog is starting to go into shock,if this is so get to your Veterinarian please I’m in upstate New York and we have had so many dogs at the emergency clinic and heat stroke and we’ve lost several of them
