This black Ruffle dress! Wore it once and it is very short and tight on me.

I absolutely love this dress! It so so cute. The only problem is it is very small on me. I only wore it one. I am 5.1 and weigh 130. Does not zip up because it is too tight. So I recommend it on girls tinier than me.
