@pata2022 I wore once as a body suit during yoga, not during cycle. It is meant to be extra absorbent, so, 5-7 tampons I believe.. it has a built in bra that is a nice touch as well. I do use thinx underwear during my cycle and making sure you hang dry is the key to longevity!
