Things Remembered Briolette CZ Necklace Earrings Set in Velvet Box

I have had this set for a while but never wear it. I must have removed it from the box at some point. The two small bands that hold the necklace secure are no longer there. The set includes a necklace with lobster claw clasp and earrings with about 1 1/4" drop. The black velvet box is in excellent condition and has a silver heart shaped charm that could be engraved.
