mermaid_rock @bluebonnetbuys hello, so measurement of the bust is about 16 and 1/4 inch across , and about 34 inches in circumference (I have added a photo). There is a small amount of stretch on the sides due to the smocking. The true waist is very wide as seen in the last photo as this is an empire waist dress so it falls in a full skirt from the bust area. Let me know if any other questions. Thanks!
